In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the *new*. The world is often unkind to new talent, new creations. The new needs friends. Last night, I experienced something new: an extraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and its maker have challenged my preconceptions about fine cooking is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Gusteau's famous motto, "Anyone can cook." But I realize, only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist; but a great artist *can* come from *anywhere*. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now cooking at Gusteau's, who is, in this critic's opinion, nothing less than the finest chef in France. I will be returning to Gusteau's soon, hungry for more.

The controls feels amazing ,the level design is fun, the only update I can see is move to the next level with a button. Love it <3

Thanks for your feedback! I will add some key shortcuts for future updates, for example, ENTER to go next level (only on level completion), and R to restart level without having to pause, at any point inside the level.

You need to work on the sound! It could be much better and take that as an opportunity to learn something new.

The movement is a little slow for an bullet hell, and dude WTF with the astronaut haha, try platforms like open game art or kenney.

Don't give up, gonna see more of your work!

OK. This game is a joke. I didn't expect this many people to see it. I've made better games in the past but they are all lost. I just wanted to try to get a game on here in the first place. I know this game sucks and I made it in about 30 mins.

You have a lot to work with here!

Since sound, menus, scene management, take it as an opportunity to learn those skill for implement it on your next game!

On the gameplay you miss something very inportnant, that is the conflict, maybe with enemies or "evil walls" you can solve that problem. Remeber: part of a game is an artificial conflict, you can read more about that on the book: Rules of Play: Game Design Fundamentals.

The grapichs are pretty good, I like it, is very difficult make grapichs by your own and you handled it very good.
